REFUND POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a dispute will result in PERMANENT and irreversible BANISMENT from all of our servers, as well as other Minecraft Stores handled by Tebex!

It can take between 1 to 30 minutes before your purchase will be credited to you in your server. If you still are not credited after that time period, please go to our support channel (detailed in SUPPORT section), and supply proof of purchase (Ex: the email sent to you upon purchase) so that we can assist you as swiftly as possible.
